Hemmingway wrote a pretty good story named "Islands in The Stream" later a pretty good movie with George C. Scott as the Papa character. Yet as good as it was, Hemmingway didn't have Dolly Parton as a Duet Partner. In response to overwhelming Wildcat demand, here's Dolly and the great Kenny Rogers doing "Islands in the Stream".

Kenny and Dolly have great energy in this clip. I for one would like to see a balancing clip of the great energy displayed by George C. Scott and Claire Bloom in the movie version of "Islands in the Stream."

Like I said before Dolly looks better now than in this video. AW will back me on this. This is also pre-botox for Kenny. DP is smokin. RJT
Can you name a former Wapella citizen who appeared at a Wapella breakfast spot impersonating Dolly?
Hours and hours of fun here:

Vic Riddle or Skip Armstrong impersonated Dolly?

Or did Jerry Peroutka dress up as Dolly for one of the crazy Kitkat-Tomcat routines like in Revenge of the Nerds?

Nice to see/hear that Wapella's top funnymen followed in the time-honored English comedic tradtion of men dressing up like women, a classic burlesque routine, used by the likes of the Pythons and Benny Hill, and more recently, the folks in Little Britain. Cheerio, gents.
That rocked. Thanks for tracking that down Mr. Mod. I wonder if Dolly has ever performed that with her brother at the Randy Parton theatre. Sorry I can't stop thinking about that RP theatre. bbd
Here are two hints on the DP Wapella appearance...As the Storey goes she was a Joy to Note.
Hark the Harrold?
That pretty much says it!
Your horns are showing Gallo.
