If you were filming a cop/buddy movie in Wapella, you might start with the PR shot here. Aside from being handsome blokes, these two look like they were caught in the tanning salon with their forearms up and now have some sort of rash.Feel free to extrapolate on movie plots involving the two on the left.

These 2 guys just can't be part of the Wapella Village Board! I am guessing this because they aren't stirring any pots. They're to quiet for a moment! One more clue for not being board members, they aren't hiding in the bushes, they're out in the open. Nope! I don't think they are on the village Board.
