Details are a bit sketchy, but at this time, it appears that the feral cat stalking the South East part of the Village has been humanely captured. Linda Jackson has retrieved the kitty after a particularly troubling hunt, and harmlessly put him into safe keeping.
Wapella's own Kenneth Jackson (WHS '86) is now caring for the cat, tenderly nursing the feline back to top fitness and health.
Kudos to the Wapella Animal Rescue Squad for a job well done!

I would expect this type of story on Birkbeck.com or maybe even Waynesville.com but certainly not Wapella.com. I suppose I saw us as a little more of an intellectual site than what we truly are....
Nah, this is as good as it gets.

Intellectual? Bah. We print the non-thinking man's think pieces.
P.S: Can the Wapella Animal Rescue Unit get rid of the Mississippi Leg Hound that creeps around my porch area every now and then? Sucker has a mean streak in him a mile wide, and when he starts, it's best to just let him finish.
If you are from Wapella, you've got to really believe a Brit's jackass is the same size as a Wapella kitty cat. Now who has a problem with that?
Next, you will be saying it is a donkey.
A burro.
Anyone ever seen a hinny?

No,
But the night is young here in Hog City.
Just remember Snipes roam the woods north of town.
Nice Marmot.
