Dennis Toohill made catching on the go with an auger wagon an art form! Jerry will back me up on this one.
As captain of several open gym all-star squads, Dennis also made sending losing teams down to the old gym to play an art form.

How about a shout out for the Red farmers?! It is another great central Illinois rivalry likened to Cubs/Cardinals.
I've heard that Francis Powers cuts beans in his green machine with a live cougar in the cab. Helps him stay on top of his game. bbd

Not sure about the cougar or the duck, but I always thought Big P had a little Mississippi leg hound in him myself.
