Thanks for the heads up on the Free iTunes song Geraldine. Very good song. And the Charlie Darwin song is interesting to say the least.
But, Still wondering how kaisercartel is related to Wapella.
From the clues so far, we know it is one of Helen Rhodes Toohill's nieces. Could it be one of Raymond's daughters?
I'm generally not a PF fan, but this early roots insight caught my fancy.

100% on that one HG, but this song is the exception, and Syd Barrett who was booted soon after this came out is the reason, as far as I can tell.
This one was recorded at Abbey Road, at the same time as the Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's, with the Merseysiders competing with the Cambridge doozies as to could mix it up more. I think Liverpool won, but may have been pushed a bit by Pink Floyd.

I think the Syd Barrett-era was definitely the best Pink Floyd-era though.
His solo record "The Mapcap Laughs" is one to check out. Excellent but out there...
