One of Wapella's finest has passed. Jim Hart, a pillar of the Village, died this morning at age 87. He will be sadly missed by all. Full Obituary to follow.

RIP Jim. You were a good man, one Hog City was proud to have as one of their own.
Rest in peace brother James - you will be missed indeed
Trooper Hart was a good man. He had the honor of citing me with my first traffic ticket back in high school. He then apologized to me every time I saw him, well into my 40's. Jim could chew tobacco like nobody's business. One of the few people who called me Timmy well in to my adult years.
Not enough Jim Hart's around these days.
